Pakistan team reached England, will have to remain in isolation for 14 days before practice camp
Azhar said, "Their bowling attack under home conditions is fantastic and there is no doubt about it."
Pakistan team reached England late on Sunday night, leaving their 10 Corona-infected players just before the tour. All players will be tested again. Before the series of three Tests and two T20 matches, the 20-member team of Pakistan will have to remain in isolation for 20 days, only then can they get to practice on the field. Meanwhile, the Test series of the Caribbean team which is present in England will played. Both series will be played in biologically safe conditions.
Before leaving for the tour, Pakistani captain Azhar Ali had said that England's top order had weakened after the retirement of Alastair Cook and that his team would try to take advantage of it in the upcoming Test series. Azhar said that the bowlers of the team would be aggressive against England's 'weak top order'. Pakistan has to play three Tests and two T20 Internationals on the tour of England. The first Test will be played at Lord's from 30 July.
Since Cook's retirement in September 2018, England have used six different combinations in the top order in 18 Tests. Of this, only Rory Burns has been able to establish his place in test squad. The Pakistan captain, however, is well aware of the bowling attack led by James Anderson, Stuart Broad and Jofra Archer, which will be stronger under the circumstances of England.
Azhar said, "Their bowling attack under home conditions is fantastic and there is no doubt about it." He said, 'Apart from Jofra Archer, we have faced everyone. Even after bowlers like Broad, Anderson, Vokes, Stokes and even Wood, we managed to win.'
